  Bald Hills Wetland Walk
The Wetland Walk is 750m in length, about 15 minutes one way. The meandering walking track from the carpark takes you through open woodlands and Paperbark thickets to a large shallow wetland. From the birdhide you would have been rewarded with the sight of a variety of birdlife, however it was burnt down several years ago- it will hopefully be re-built as soon as funds are available.

For additional information regarding Bald Hills Reserve, please follow the link to the Parks Victoria website or download the Bald Hills Park Notes.

NB: The drive from the main road to the Bald Hills wetlands is approximately 5km. The road surface is gravel and can be reasonably rough in places. Bald Hills is a lovely reserve but can at certain times of the year be popular with snakes. Please exercise caution during snake season.
