Learn how to make your own winter preserves. You'll leave with your own fermentation – sauerkraut, kimchi and giardiniera, the recipes and take home tips.

• Learn how to make sauerkraut, kmichi and giardiniers pickle.
• Pick your own vegetables from the Jacican Kitchen garden, prepare and cook each preserve.
• Bottle this years harvest using the Vacola method.
• Learn how to ferment your harvest in salt, sugar and pickling solution.
• Take home what you make to share with family and friends.
