•Learn how to make Green tomato relish, three colour zucchini relish and curried zucchini relish and bread & butter pickles.
•Pick your own vegetables from the Jacican Kitchen garden, prepare and cook each relish.
•Learn the differences between chutneys, relishes, sauce and pickles.
•Take home what you make to share with family and friends.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that preserving is not as hard as you think. We will teach you techniques that you can use a impress everyone with your creative cooking abilities.
