• Learn how to make summer jam, sweet sauce, vinegars and cordial.
• Pick your own fruit from the Jacican Kitchen garden, prepare and cook each preserve.
• Bottle this years harvest using the Vacola method.
• Learn the differences between chutneys, relishes, sauce and pickles.
• Take home what you make to share with family and friends.
