Learn how to make your own summer preserves. You'll leave with your own chutneys, the recipes and take home tips.
Learn how to make:
• sweet black tomato chutney
• tomato sauce
• tomato kasoundi.

You will pick your own tomatoes from the Jacican kitchen garden, prepare and cook each chutney. Together we will bottle this years harvest using the Vacola method.
