Learn to make your own dome mousse dessert just like you see in the patisserie or on a TV cooking show. It’s not as hard as you think. You'll leave with your own domes, the recipes and take home tips.

• The class for the cook that wants to learn to use moulds, gels, foams and mousses.
• Create your own dessert masterpieces, just like on the TV cooking competitions.
• Bake a sponge base for your masterpiece, top with a fruit mousse, fill with a gel, then glaze and garnish.
• Learn to make professional cake and mirror glaze.
