Six-course dinner featuring highlighting Gippsland garlic - Meeniyan garlic festival – satellite event
Menu:
Garlic, Oak & swan sourdough, Garlic with jersey milk, Caramelized garlic tart with Prom country curd, Spit roasted souvlaki lamb, Cucumber, green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, Honey garlic baklava, sorbet & ice cream.
Tea, coffee, soft drinks included
This dinner highlights the many cultivators of Garlic, their different tastes, heat ratings. Garlic will be prepared and matched with Gippsland produce to create a memorable dinner event.
Dinner will be served in the Jacican kitchen garden (weather dependent). This is a fully licensed event, with drinks served at restaurant prices.
