Retreat into this half-day yoga and meditation workshop, where we will explore how we can incorporate heart wisdom into our yoga practice and subsequently into our greater life off the yoga mat. Amber Patterson is a Yoga and Meditation teacher with over 15 years experience. She draws from many healing modalities to offer nurturing body-mind practices.
