Farm gate cheese center surrounded by dairy pastures in the picturesque Moyarra Valley, South Gippsland. The focus on the Brandon family farm is producing sheep milk and showcasing its transformation into distinctive regional cheese. Sustainable, natural and ethical farming techniques combine with simple raw ingredients to create a wide range of traditional, whole-some cheeses. The cheese tasting room and country kitchen provide a true paddock-to-plate food experience of platters and home baked lunches complimented with local beer and wines. Interpretative displays and viewing windows into the cheese production area provide an insight into the process.
